Is my item returnable?
As with most stores, we generally do not accept returns on custom made or personalized items. Your order will be custom made to your specifications and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned. If there is an error on our part, or a defect in the product, we will work with you to resolve the error or defect, and remake the product exactly as originally ordered. We reserve the right to replace or repair your item or issue a refund depending on the situation. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please communicate any special requests to us at the time of your order. Please do not hesitate to ask us a question before you place your order as most times we can accommodate your requests.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account. Simply place your order and enter your credit card information through the secure site.
When will my order ship?
Normal shipping time is within 7-10 business days unless otherwise specified. Custom designed items may take longer. We will ship your order either UPS or USPS depending on location, time for delivery and pricing. Currently we only ship within the United States.
How are monograms normally placed?
The most common monogram design is the 3 letter monogram with the last name initial in the center with the first name initial on the left and the middle or maiden name initial on the right.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Upon request, we will gift wrap your gift items. Various gift bags, tissue and coordinating bows will be used for gift wrapping. We will also include a card if needed. Packaging may vary and an additional fee may be added depending on packaging.
